No surprises. If you already know what's wrong, we'll quote you a price and get it done. If you're not sure, we'll figure it out together. Either way, you'll know the cost before we start.
Service fees cover travel, time, and initial assessment only. Any parts, upgrades, or additional labor will be quoted separately — and always approved by you before we proceed. Service fees roll into the final repair cost.
Water / Liquid Damage — $80 Initial Fee: Any device with water or liquid damage requires an $80 service fee before any repair work begins. This covers the specialized assessment, cleaning, and corrosion inspection required for liquid-damaged devices. The fee applies to all device types.
Phone Repair
On-SiteAndroid and Samsung repair is our primary focus — we also handle select iPhones by appointment. Know what's wrong? We'll quote it and fix it. Not sure? We'll assess it and tell you exactly what's needed before touching anything.

Console Repair
Pick-Up & ReturnPlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and more. Console repairs are typically pick-up and return — we take the device, complete the work, and bring it back.

- Won't power on
- HDMI or display issues
- Disc drive problems
- Overheating / fan noise
- Controller port issues
- Software & update errors

Small Electronics & Other Repairs
Pick-Up & ReturnTablets, drones, printers, smart home devices, and specialty equipment. These are typically pick-up and return jobs. We assess the device, tell you what's possible, and quote you before any work begins.

On-SiteNeed help outside normal business hours? We offer priority response for urgent situations. Weekends are by appointment only (11am–4pm).

- Evenings (after 5pm Mon–Fri)
- Weekends (Sat–Sun, 11am–4pm by appt.)
- Holidays
- Emergency calls
How Our Pricing Works
The service fee covers the technician's visit and testing. If you approve the repair, the fee is applied toward the final cost — you're not paying it on top. If you choose not to move forward, it simply covers the diagnostic work and the technician's time. Any parts, upgrades, or additional labor are always quoted separately and approved by you before we proceed.
